So how many of you saw me on Dr. Oz on Wednesday?  I was so excited and nervous to go back for my check in.  Dr. Oz was really tough on me asking me if I want to continue working with him.  He asks good, hard questions, and had me flustered a few times.

Carnie Wilson's Fresh Diet Blog update 3/4/10

On my first visit to the show he really scared me about my health and my blood sugar level.  Borderline diabetic?  Very scary to hear and it really shook me up.  I can’t wait for my next blood test and check in.

I’m down 10 pounds and I’ve eliminated white flour and extra carbs.  The Fresh Diet delivers me low glycemic foods and I hope to see my blood sugar come down.

I’m really glad the Dr. Oz thing is over for a few weeks.  My life is so hectic with the Fresh Diet photo shoot, my show on GSN and all.  With all that I have been doing lately, The Fresh Diet has been a godsend.  Despite what Dr. Oz said about cooking, the fact that I have The Fresh Diet in my life right now is keeping me sane and healthy… and I’m loving the food and the extra energy I get.

It’s hard to interview people while they were eating food they enjoy. We thought we’d get them to taste the meals and then ask their thoughts, but it seems that our taste testers thought otherwise. They were enjoying the meals so much, It was hard to get them to stop eating.

In fact Lisa our interviewer kept jumping the gun and trying to interview people with a mouth full of food.
