Our friends at Charmed Magazine in Baltimore recently had a contest and gave a away a free month of The Fresh Diet. Here is a picture of the contest winner Valerie Thanner showing off her pride and joy! (Oh, and she’s holding her baby, too!) It seems those Fresh Diet meals couldn’t have come at a better time for this proud, new mother. Not surprisingly, Valerie says she loves the food! And, instead of wasting time cooking, she’s able to spend all of her free time with the beautiful baby.

Eat your heart out, John Bartlett! In our latest contest, we assembled a great list of familiar quotations. You see, we asked our fans to modify a famous quote to make it about The Fresh Diet. And, the results were incredibly funny! (One Facebook fan named Johnna even had a little fun with a famous scene from Animal House. Be sure to watch the video!)
Here at The Fresh Diet, we have fun contests all the time on our Facebook page. However, the contest that just ended really takes the cake! First of all, it was run by two of our regular Facebook participants (Trevor and Tina). They asked our fans to modify a famous quote or song lyric in order to make it about The Fresh Diet. Though he was not eligible to win this one, Trevor submitted a song in the style of “Old Blue Eyes” himself. Be sure to check out Trevor’s music video.
