Not everybody who goes on The Fresh Diet is overweight. Check out Carol’s story below.
“I’m not overweight, I exercise regularly and I’m generally pretty good about what I eat, but I’m 52 and can easily put on a few pounds if I let up. For the last few years I’ve done a week of The Fresh Diet roughly every six months as a way to get back on track. The food is good, the portions are the right size and its convenient. I really like knowing that its there when I need it.
