Hello Everyone, I can’t believe a month has passed already. This get healthy journey that I am on has been great. But I have also had some tough times. Parents that were ill and both needed critical surgeries. Mom had a valve replacement and a week later my dad had brain surgery for an aneurism they found. Fit Into Skinny Jeans.

The Importance of Sleep.
It has been 5 very long months. When I say long, I teach at a massage school and my class schedule has increased significantly, which I love and wouldn’t change it for anything. New Image, New Body!
It has been 4 months and I still have over 200 days left on this incredible journey. I am currently down 24 pounds. I am off from teaching the next two weeks and I am kicking my exercise up. Staying motivated.

I am just starting week 5 on The Fresh Diet. It has been such an easy and wonderful transition from eating food that I cook myself. For a person like me that has multiple responsibilities such as teaching, having my own massage practice and taking care of an ill parent. Monday, May 21, 2012 was the first day of the new journey I was about to embark on. I anxiously awaited for my first Fresh Diet Delivery the night before. Not knowing what to expect, I was imagining decent food but that thought was exceeded by miles. My favorite being the mushroom with a slice of yellow tomato, mozzarella, basil and balsamic glaze.
