We were very fortunate to have Fresh Diet Executive Chef Yosef Schwartz in our Miami offices this week. In fact, our Chief Marketing Officer even managed to catch him on film. Watch as our beloved Chef Yos dishes on the recent recipe contest, his “day job,” and potential locations for the next Fresh Diet kitchen.

Incidentally, he promises to select winners for The Fresh Diet-ize contest very soon. It seems his position as Executive Chef of a certain Inc. 500 company has been eating into the time he has available to judge the contest entries. And, since Hurricane Earl was heading towards the Big Apple, Chef Yos decided to spend this holiday weekend in sunny Miami. Not to worry though! He is still keeping an eye on the New York kitchen through the miracle of his trusty iPad. Be sure to watch this great interview with The Fresh Diet’s culinary answer to Beethoven.
