New Pics From Our Miami Photo Shoot!

New Pics From Our Miami Photo Shoot!

Want to know what’s cooking at our Miami kitchen? Well, we have been hard at work completing a massive photo shoot. In fact, we have over 600 Fresh Diet items to shoot, including main dishes, side dishes and desserts.

Now, as you know, we make only fresh, gourmet food here at The Fresh Diet. We never add artificial ingredients to our meals, so why would we add unsavory ingredients to make them photograph better? Many food stylists create pictures of dishes that include such unappetizing things as paints, varnishes, shellac (and other building supplies). We shutter at the thought! When preparing meals for the photo shoot, Fresh Diet Chef Carlo Ricci did not add anything he wouldn’t add normally. So, you might say the photographer took pictures of “naked” Fresh Diet meals.

In order to prove that we used only real food, we forced professional photographer Stephen Flint, his wife, and our Brand Director Jose Bila to eat the food when the photo shoot was done. (Well, I’m not sure we had to force them, but you get the idea.)

Now, check out the photos of today’s Naked Lunch. (Sorry, I couldn’t resist the William S. Burroughs reference.)

Reviews: Mimicsplay Caught Up in a Reverie about The Fresh Diet!

Mimicsplay reviews The Fresh Diet.

Here’s a trivia question for you: how many number one hits did the band Mimicsplay’s Reverie have during the entire course of their career? The answer is none. As it turns out, Mimicsplay’s Reverie is not a band. It is a blog about The Fresh Diet. (Ah, yes. I guess the name should have given it away all along.) Apparently, this blogger couldn’t find anyone else that could mimic the quality of the meals on The Fresh Diet. Or perhaps, our delicious entrees got her caught up in a reverie. Anyway, it is quite an amusing blog with great pictures of The Fresh Diet food. Click here to check it out.

Exclusive: Behind the Scenes at The Fresh Diet Photo Shoot!

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to go behind the scenes of a big photo shoot? Well, The Fresh Diet is giving you an all-access pass. Today was day 2 of a massive photo shoot at our Miami kitchen. We have over 600 items to shoot when you consider main dishes, side dishes and desserts.

Our Chief Marketing officer snapped a few pictures of the photographer, who was busy taking photographs of our meals. (Got it?)

Now, I’m not sure if you are aware of this, but many times companies will hire food “stylists” for a photo shoot. These aforementioned food stylists will create pictures that do NOT contain real food, and often include such unappetizing things as paints, varnishes, shellac (and other building supplies). Well, we don’t do any of that nonsense here at The Fresh Diet.

Just to show you that we used real food prepared by Fresh Diet Chef Chef Carlo Ricci, we forced professional photographer Stephen Flint and Brand Director Jose Bila to eat the food when the photo shoot was done. (Tough job, but somebody had to do it!)

Check out the photos below to see Jose and Stephen’s amazing lunch, courtesy of The Fresh Diet.

Fresh Diet Reviews: One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Busy Bee?

Fresh Diet Reviews: One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Busy Bee?

The Fresh Diet is swimmingly good!

Many apologies to the great Dr. Seuss for the headline! It is just that when I read Busy Bee Blogger’s latest entry, it made me think of Theodor Geisel’s immortal children’s classic about fish. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times… and, it was definitely a fish-centered day for the Busy Bee! Yes, it seems that fish was the underlying theme of her Fresh Diet meals for the day. Not that I’m suggesting there is anything fishy about The Fresh Diet, mind you. In fact, you might even say our fresh, gourmet meals are swimmingly good.  Busy Bee feasted on Cajun Seared Tuna Salad for lunch and Fillet of Wild Wahu for dinner.

Our Fresh Diet meals have the Busy Bee blogger singing a happy tuna. I tell you, that woman’s got sole. Anyway, before I continue with any more silly fish puns, click here to read this popular blogger’s latest entry. Come on, it will only take a few minnows.
