This is a wonderful video. I truly applaud you for having a vision and going about it the way you do. As you said posting photos of women in good shape for a visual of the way you want to be, is an excellant idea.
You also mentioned drinking lots of water. Drinking lots of water is very important when you diet. It helps to regulate appetite, increase metabolism, boost energy levels, less water retention, helps reduce blood pressure, helps reduce high cholesterol, releases toxic waste products and it’s a bonus by improving your skin.
I’m glad to see that you found an exercise that you enjoy doing. This makes it so much fun. You looked cute on that Spinner….keep it up girl!
I love walking and hiking, so I walk my dogs every day. Of course, they love it, and they’re the FIRST to remind me of it like clockwork! Donna, you know that I’m rooting for you.
