I wish to lose this unnecessary weight I unfortunately have to carry around with me. I like your story line which is inspiring! My friend had lost a lot of his weight by eliminating red meat and all junk foods! He goes to the gym a lot and he looks like a beast. I want to look like he does but, I need to start by eating healthy. How do I do that?
