Just because you may be trying to lose some weight doesn’t mean that you have to lose your sense of humor in the process. Especially not on a day like April the 1st! After all, it is traditional to set aside the first day of this month to reflect upon the lighter side of life. As Shakespeare once put it, “Lord, what fools these mortals be!” We’re all guilty of that sometimes, but it is just part of being human.
Have you ever pulled off a great April Fool’s Day prank (or been the victim of one for that matter)? One year, coworkers filled my entire cubicle with packing peanuts. That certainly wasn’t an easy thing to clean up, but I still get a good laugh just thinking about it!
In honor of this day of silliness, we want to hear your best diet joke. After all, there have been jokes about healthy eating and fitness ever since people started dieting and joining gyms. Some of these jokes have even become slightly overused. Every few days, someone tells me they are trying the seafood diet (when they see food, they eat it). And yes, I have already heard that following a balanced diet means holding a cookie in each hand.
