Wish Me Luck! (a Fresh Diet Customer Blogs)

Editors note. Introducing Danielle, A Fresh Diet customer who offered to share her experiences with us on her Fresh Diet Journey.  If you have questions or comments for her, please post them below and she will promptly get back to you.

Good luck Danielle!  Oh and if you would like to blog your experiences on The Fresh Diet, email us here.

Two years ago today, 70 pounds, and many many sizes ago, I got started on The Fresh Diet.

I was way too fat to fit into the child-sized chairs at my son’s pre-school, mortified that I was the obvious “Fat Mom” and had enough of shopping for cloths in the basement of my local department store.

Luck connected me to The Fresh Diet, just at the time that I was beginning to feel like I had no control over my food choices, my eating habits, or the amount of school functions I was going to have to show up to and fear a chair would bust underneath me.

I was desperate, but still skeptical. How good could the food really be when it’s diet?

I was more than surprised when my first delivery came–fresh fruit, delicious salmon wraps and juicy chicken cutlets–not to mention CHEESECAKE!

I lost nearly 20 pounds the first month I was on The Fresh Diet and little did I know howw much more I would lose.
No, I didn’t remain onThe Fresh Diet for the full 2 years but I have gone back on it for a month here or there when I felt my weight loss was stalling or I was heading towards my old bad behavior (namely cheeseburgers and fries!).

Which is why I am restarting my deliveries tomorrow.

I am ready to tackle the final 50 pounds and I’m taking you on the journey with me. I’ll keep you updated on the food, the happy, the sad, and hopefully the big losses.
