I love being on the Fresh Diet. The first month I lost 11 pounds! It really shows because I don’t have that much to lose. Next month I want to be on the Fresh Diet to lose a couple more pounds and the following month to learn maintenance. I feel so much more energetic eating this way.
Man….I feel soooo goood!!! I actually feel younger!!!
The food is awesome!! I don’t think I ran across anything that I didn’t like. The chefs really know how to prepare fish and seafood. The salmon filets are very tender and tasty as are the Mahi Mahi filets as well as all the other varieties of fish. The Grilled Shrimp are to die for and taste like a backyard cookout! The Turkey meatballs with pine nuts are wonderful. The grilled chicken dishes just melt in my mouth.
My FAVORITE chicken dish is the Walnut Crusted Chicken Apricot Roulade….it taste like dessert!!!The veggies are cooked tender and still have a little crunch the way I just love them. I also love the veggie mashes. I think the chefs have a veggie garden out their kitchen door, because all the veggies and greens are so “just picked garden fresh”!!! Their salads are crunchy and mouth watering. I always look forward to all the sandwiches….what a delectable variety!
I do have to mention the muffins and cheesecakes…… The oat muffins are so tender and I can’t get over the variety! I cut them in half and toast them on a griddle…WOW!
I had a piece of Gingersnap Pumpkin Cheesecake…..Mama-Mia that was delectable!!!! It made me want to sing!! I’ve tasted just about every cheesecake you offer….I’m addicted!! So …tell me, please, are these cheesecakes raw or baked??? I have a bet riding on this with my friend. I say they’re raw. If I’m wrong, I have to wash his dog!

Melting Mama recently submitted her final review. Though things got off to a bit of a shaky start, everything changed when the “little food fairies” showed up at her door. “Nearly every entree or snack was pleasing to the eye, delicious and best of all, did not feel like DIET food.” She did say pasta la vista to the snack comprised of just three tortellini, but other than that our meals got rave reviews. During a recent taste test video shoot, Joey Willig and Laurie Ford from our customer service team paused to have their picture taken with this friendly alligator. Apparently, he washed up on Ft. Lauderdale beach to enjoy the Florida sunshine. (Ok, there was some kind of demonstration going on, but we won’t get into that.)
