So I’ve got a great story that happened to me while fulfilling my assignment of providing the best customer service in the galaxy (I’ve been watching Star Wars the past few nights
A few weeks ago I got a call from someone who was in a terrible car accident. She told me that after spending almost a year in the hospital and ongoing medical procedures that she was moving back home and needed healthy meals delivered to her door daily. The problem was that she couldn’t go online and pick her meals, and wanted to meet someone from the company to answer her questions and make sure she was comfortable.
I told her that I would be glad to meet her at her assisted living home and go over everything with her (She happens to be a family friend). So yesterday I drove to her residence and brought with me two weeks worth of printed menus that she could select from. She was in great spirits, although still confined to a wheelchair, and we went through the menus and I told her about Chef Ray making any adjustments to her meal program if she had the slightest request.
She’s starting the fresh diet next Saturday and her family is thrilled that we will be there for her.
