I have to admit I was tempted to purchase it through amazon.com because it was cheaper but I ended up buying it at the grocery store after finding that Alli offers a $10 off coupon on their website. I've taken Alli a couple times over the years to help me lose a few pounds here and there and now, because of the fast results I've had, I'm using Alli to finally get rid of the 30+ pounds that have crept on over the last 20 years. I'm tracking my progress on a blog in an attempt to make myself accountable and am also listing some recipes that surprisingly fit into Alli's guidelines if you're interested.
