Would you chance to know if it is’s safe to lift weights while trying to lose weight? I have made it my new years resolution so I’m trying to stay with it.
Darron, I don’t think lifting weights while on the fresh diet is a bad idea. Mix it with cardio though.
And, never start any new exercise program without consulting a doctor.
