Another Fresh Diet Customer Speaks…

saladmed“I am on the 12th day of The Fresh Diet. I have lost about 5 pounds and my energy is higher than it has ever been.

I have had issues with my weight since adolescence. I got up to almost 200 pounds in high school (I am 5 ft 3). Later, in college I lost about 50 pounds. Then over a few years, I lost 10 more. So, I have weighed 140 for a while now. Sometimes, I get down to 135, but I always go back up to 140.

I have realized after this short time on The Fresh Diet, that my approach to eating was all wrong. I really had no idea what a portion looked liked– I just assumed that if the food was ‘whole’ and ‘low fat’ it was a good choice for me.

Now, I see the importance of balancing protein in my diet and eating meals that are rich in vitamins and antioxidants. The meals on the Fresh Diet are phenomenal. I have food sensitivities with dairy, Cassey, and soy (I have to rotate them every 4-5 days in my diet) and I was worried that I would not be able to do this diet. I am amazed by how helpful, kind, and patient The FreshDiet staff are with my special requests.

I work with John, and he has helped me so much to achieve my goals. He is always available for encouragement or assistance. His pleasant demeanor and patience have really helped me to date.

Sometimes I feel like the biggest pest because I ask so many questions, but The Fresh Diet makes you feel like you are their most valued customer! It is great- it is like having a chef and a coach! ”

“I have explored new foods that I have never tried. I love the shrimp wrap sandwich, the fish dinner are superb, and I really love the grilled chicken salad with mango and strawberry. With the numerous choices and options, I always find a healthy and scrumptious meal to fit my dietary restrictions.

In the beginning, I ate my snacks the night before because I had such intense sugar cravings. In the past, I would frequently eat cake or cupcakes or other goodies. In the short time I have been on The Fresh Diet, I have seen a decrease in my cravings for sweets.

I am so happy with this diet… it is so easy. I love getting my bag each night and seeing the beautiful presentations of food.

My friend and I are doing this plan together. That REALLY helps, because we encourage each other and compare meals etc. She lives in a different state, and we have found that the customer service in both states is fantastic. I researched every diet delivery on the market to find one that meets my dietary needs. I love having fresh, whole, delicious foods prepared for me. I feel like a pampered princess! I hope to stay on the diet for 2-3 months so I can obtain optimal results. It is expensive, but it is worth EVERY penny! My goal was to lose 10 pounds when I started. Yesterday, I wore a pair of pants that I had stored under bed because they were so tight, I could not zip them up! Now my goal is to focus on healing my body from the damage of over-sugaring myself for so many years.

I am very grateful to The Fresh Diet for helping me to correct my eating habits and supporting my dietary needs. What an amazing and encouraging group of individuals!

    I guess you workout on regular basis because then your diet will be even more efficient. I don’t diet but I do workout and I’m losing weight. I just love all kind of food but when you workout you tend to eat more healthy.

    This fresh diet seems to be interesting.

      Thanks Pierre. You are right, diet and exercise go together. But from looking at your blog, many people aren’t as active as you are.

      Seems you are in Sweden. We don’t deliver there. Someday maybe.

      Hello!
      I read your post and I greatly enjoyed it. I am amazed by your 35 days of pure fitness! I do work out, but I had been a little bit of a slump before the fresh diet. I was only doing pilates and completely ignoring cardio. I have so much more energy now, and my workouts are much better. Still, there is room for improvement. I look forward to reading your blog posts as they motivate me to couple fitness with my fresh diet plan.
