Another Fresh Diet Client Shares Their Story
It’s no secret that I struggle with my weight. Let me rephrase that–my weight struggles with me, big time.
I would love to be able to say that having carried two kids is what did me in, but in reality I’ve been fat since I was about 13 (slightly chubby before then).
Name a diet, I’ve done it.
Name an exercise, sport or fad, I’ve tried it
Name a random muscular ex Army commando and karate expert and I’ve purchased his tapes.
Name a fat camp, I’ve summered there–multiple times.
Truth is, I still don’t have the answers. OK, maybe I do: stop eating so much and get off your fat ass a little more.
Wow, seems easy!
Whatever. BUT! I’ve manged to lose 60 pounds since March 2008 and it’s mostly thanks to the jumpstart i so badly needed.
Luck would have it, my cousin is involved with a delivery diet service called The Fresh Diet.
