New Desserts for the Chocoholic’s

Posted by yudaschlass on June 23, 2009

Hello to all,
I’m Yuda, COO and recipe/menu designer for The Fresh Diet.  This is my first blog post and its an exciting one for our clients with a sweet tooth.

Over the next few months I will be expanding and adding new Fresh Diet meal choices.  I’m starting with the desserts working up to the breakfasts.  Once tested I will be adding them to our menu cycle and posting them here.

So here are some of the new desserts you will start seeing, they are all sugar-free as well as low-carb, they range between 120-160 calories.

  • Butterscotch Brownies
  • Apple Cranberry Crumb Cake
  • Boston Cream Pie (thats right it can be done healthy)
  • Ginger-Snap Pumpkin Cheese Cake
  • Raspberry Peach Angel Bites
  • Double Layer Chocohalic Cake
  • Minted Cheese Cake Bars
  • Pineapple Upside-down Cake
  • Double Chocolate Cupcake

These are just some of the new meals you will enjoy.

Now that we have the blog going I would like to invite all of you to post any meal ideas you might have, whether its a home style meal you liked growing up or a gourmet meal you had when eating out – whatever it is we can substitute ingredients to make it healthier while keeping the same great flavors.

Also if you have any comments on our current menus I would love to hear about it.  Please email me directly at yuda@thefreshdiet.com

Best wishes and good luck.
Yuda
